Bodyweight Circuit Training
Total body workout that will keep you grounded and strong. Movements will blend isometric and dynamic exercises, so expect a nice blend of the basics, with more challenging and powerful complexes.
Balance & Coordination Training
Take your limbs to the limit and challenge your body's balance & coordination in this class. This class will challenge the strength, capacity and overall coordination of each individual limb. Learn to root and move at the same time to build great balance and coordination that can later be applied to more difficult movements that require stability and power.
Functional Strength & Conditioning
This class closes the gap between what you want and what your body needs. Focusing on posture you will learn proper mechanics to get the muscles and heart pumping. Move well now so you can continue to move well later!

Zumba
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
Barre Balance
It is an accessible class for all ages and levels. Using a low-impact fusion of Tai-Chi, standing Pilates, and various movement dynamics, this class will help you to build and challenge your balance and stability. We'll focus on ankle mobility and foot work (because it's literally our base of support) too! You will be able to apply this work directly to your activities of daily life or into your workouts. No equipment needed! You can use a chair or a table/counter top for assisted balance should you want to.

Pilates
Pilates balances the body, creating both strength and length. Your joints will become better supported decreasing the chance of injury. We also work on those 'mirror muscles' – arms, bums and tummy - for a total body workout.
